Specializing in air freight, air charter, expedited freight, logistics, recruitment, employee training and development, franchising, and more, Lisa Boaz brings a solid human resources background and extensive experience in all facets of C-level operations to AirFreight.com. Lisa prioritizes close customer relationships and specializes in cultivating long-term partnerships with a wide network of business contacts to grow AirFreight.com. Lisa has more than a decade of experience in human resources. She was awarded the Leader of the Future Award in 2002 and holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Western University.

With nearly two decades of experience in the trucking and transportation industry, Steve Janssen has been with AirFreight.com for more than 10 years as an expedited transportation executive. With a vast amount of knowledge in the area of expedited shipping, Steve understands that there are many different ways to move hot shot freight. He specializes in arranging time critical shipments to meet last-minute deadlines for organizations of all sizes. Steve has worked hard to foster long-term relationships with hundreds of emergency freight carriers, and his ability to listen to the needs of customers helps him get the job done every time.

As director of expedited freight since 2012, Kevin Carpenter brings nearly 20 years of experience in the logistics, expedited services, and shipping industries to AirFreight.com. Kevin has managed thousands of time-sensitive critical freight shipments for AirFreight.com, including dedicated ground expedites, air cargo charters, and scheduled air shipments. Kevin’s knowledge and expertise help identify the most cost-effective critical shipping solutions for clients, ensuring they meet even the most last-minute deadlines every time. 

Todd Anderson has been with AirFreight.com since 2019 and has more than 15 years of experience in customer support, operations, and project management. With a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Kent State University, Todd specializes in critical freight shipping and logistics. His diligent work ethic, solutions-oriented mindset, and dedication to clients have been critical to AirFreight.com’s success.

As a senior manager with expertise in directing national, regional, and local transportation and logistics operations, Frank Ilacqua brings nearly 40 years of shipping, logistics, and managerial experience to AirFreight.com. Frank has experience launching new markets and facilities, developing and implementing new cost-effective business models, and revitalizing underachieving facilities in the transportation and logistics field.

John Mark Peterson, expedited logistics specialist, brings nearly a decade of experience and knowledge in project management, customer service, sales, deadline delivery management, data analytics, and more to AirFreight.com. John, who graduated from the software development institute TrueCoders in 2020, is also adept at computer programming, coding, shipping logistics, data entry, and website development and programming.

Serving as a commercial driver and heavy equipment operator for more than 20 years, Chris Noe knows the shipping industry inside and out, bringing this skill set to AirFreight.com. Specializing in customer support, communication, and problem-solving, Chris is also experienced in logistics routing, storage, warehousing, and sales.

Andrew Ernst has been with AirFreight.com since 2023. He has 10+ years of experience in customer service, operations, and general management. He also served as an Infantryman in the Iowa National Guard for nine years with a deployment to Afghanistan, where he was part of S-3, Battalion Operations. Along with a degree in Business Management from Iowa State University, Andy has the tools necessary to make sure your shipment gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
